2.Goto mobile data then choose your data connection sim card and click to open "network operators".
3.Here you can register your sim card with its service provider.
4.Then go back to one step and goto settings-mobile data-access point names. 5.Here you can click to " reset to default" option.
6.Once restart/reboot your android and again try to access your whatsapp the problem is solved.
