After months of planning, the location for Afghanistan's new 'Sandhurst in the Sand' has been approved outside Kabul. The country's own officer training academy will cost up to 25 million pounds, training more than a thousand officers every year. It will also be one of Britain's main commitments to the country beyond the draw down in 2014.
