This is why you're hungry again.
1️⃣ You needed more food than you already gave your body. Your meal probably didn't provide you with enough energy and macronutrients.
2️⃣ Your meals were not balanced. You didn't had all three 👉 veggies, proteins, healthy fats.
Feeling hungry again and giving in to eating again is one of the top reasons why my clients do not lose any weight because they tend to gain back all the calories.
3️⃣ You were distracted while eating. Distracted brains don't process things like it should and you don't absorb energy as you should.
4️⃣ You meal didn't had enough fibers for you. fibers keeps you satiated for longer time and if you're not getting enough, you'll probably get bloated in between your meals.
