1.6kg hen ( hard chicken)
10 pieces of fresh tomatoes
400g canned chopped tomatoes
3 large onions
3-5 scotch bonnet peppers
1 each red and orange bell peppers
4 red Anaheim peppers
1 tbs curry powder
1 shrimps and vegetable stock
1 tbs all purpose natural spices
A bunch of garlic
1/2 grated nutmeg
Salt to taste
2 thumb size ginger
