If you are like me and prefer food without preservatives then here is an easy way to make sausages at home that are much tastier than the supermarket sausages.

Serves 2 - 4

Ingredients:
Chicken Mince - 500g
Salt - 2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oil - to grease pan
