Let's befriend a celebrity in Sims 4!

If you want to cheat you open up the cheat window by clicking Ctrl Shift C (or Command Shift C for Mac Users or all four triggers on console). Then type in testingcheats true and ModifyRelationship YourSimFirstname YourSimLastname Sim2Firstname Sims2LastName # Relationship_Type

So, it would look like: ModifyRelationship Rita Pizzazz Judith Ward 100 LTR_Friendship_Main

You can also replace friendship with romance to cheat for a romantic relationship.
