## Ingredients:
#### For the Crust:
- 1 cup oats (ground into flour)
- 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
#### For the Toppings:
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup tomatoes (halved)
- Olives, mushrooms, or any other veggies of your choice
- Red chili flakes (optional)
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Crust:**
- Grind the oats into a fine flour.
- In a bowl, mix oats flour, gram flour, baking powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Gradually add water to form a dough. It should be soft but not sticky.
- Roll the dough into a pizza base on a lightly floured surface. Adjust thickness as per your preference.
2. **Cook the Crust:**
- Heat a non-stick pan and place the rolled-out dough on it.
- Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until it's golden and firm.
3. **Assemble the Pizza:**
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Add your veggies and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Optionally, season with herbs.
4. **Bake the Pizza:**
- Place the assembled pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
5. **Serve:**
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with red chili flakes if you like, slice, and enjoy!
