When your end gate lift glass is not staying up it's time to replace the gas charged support struts. This is a super easy repair you can do yourself. We'll do that on a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban using genuine GM parts. This same repair procedure would apply to the Blazer, Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade for 1992 93, 94 95 96 97 98 99 and carry over 2000 models from Chevrolet Cadillac GMC and Holden.
