Out of all the different styles of martial arts out there, which are actually effective in an MMA fight. While I believe every martial art has some degree of effectiveness, there are 4 main ones the you absolutely NEED if you want to be a fighter. While martial arts like taekwondo and capoeira can work and have effective techniques, if that's all you know you will have major holes in your game.
