וזכני לגדל
בנים ובני בנים
חכמים ונבונים
אוהבי ה'
יראי אלקים
אנשי אמת
זרע קדש
בה' דבקים
ומאירים את העולם
בתורה ובמעשים טובים
ובכל מלאכת
עבודת הבורא
Vezakeni -
By the great Sage Rabenu Bechayei Ben-Asher
And grant me to raise
sons and sons of sons
learned and wise
G-d lovers
G-d fearing
truthful people
sacred seed
adherent to G-d
and lighting up the world
with Torah and
good deeds
and with all labor
of the Creator's worship
Mothers say this prayer after they light Sabbath candles. So the most important line is-
