Since we are building in Lake Tahoe, we must follow the TRPA guidelines for BMP, best management practices before we mark out the house layout.
Serg also likes to install the temporary utility pole before the 1st prograde inspection, this way he can schedule two inspections at once.
We first pass pre-grade inspection, then we cut the trees, and then we mark out the house layout for our footings.
