Notion's update broke my quick capture module, but I fixed it!
Hey there productive people in today's video I give you a quick tutorial on how to fix your quick capture modules in Notion. The quick capture in Notion has become a little more difficult during this new update. We now have to incorporate two formulas to each database that a quick capture button is needed for. The good news is I show you how to easily implement this into your Notion databases so your quick capture modules get back up and running!

Step 2: Click into one of your quick capture's databases to add more properties.
Step 3: Add a formula property and name it: "Created Time +5 Seconds"
Step 4: Add this code to the newly created formula property:
dateAdd(prop("Created time"), 5, "seconds")
Step 5: Add another new formula property and name it: "Capture Status"
Step 6: Add this code to the newly created formula property:
if(prop("Created Time +5 Seconds") greater than now(), "Loading", "Captured")
*Step 6 Note* In the above formula where you see the words 'greater than', replace that with the actual greater than symbol. See the video for more details.
Step 7: Go to your quick capture module.
Step 8: Add a new filter where "Capture Status" contains "Loading".
(Make sure to add quotations around Loading)
Step 9: Hit "Save for everyone"
Step 10: Repeat for any other databases you want to have quick capture ability for.
