Head towards the Pilot Last Known Position and just follow the alien cable and you will find the Omega Lab. There are two Data Boxes at the Omega Lab one containing the Swim Charge Fins and the other one the Control Room. There are lot's of scannables here like the Exterior Growbed, Multipurpose Room Glass Dome, Nuclear Reactor and the Water Filtration Machine. The Antennae Plant can be found in the Exterior Growbed.
