China's economy slowed sharply in the fourth quarter of last year due to stringent COVID-19 curbs, leading to one of its worst growth figures in nearly half a century. But OCBC Bank economist Tommy Xie told CNA's Asia First that there is reason to be optimistic this year, with headwinds of last year potentially turning into tailwinds.
