Here Jonny gives you the full low down on our Kvik Up machine. To tackle deep rooting weeds such a thistles, docks and couch grass we needed to look to into Europe to see what cultivation techniques they were using for such weeds. In Sweden we found the Kvik Up from Kvikagro and we use it through the summer and winter when fallowing fields to enable them to come back into the rotation the following year. In some cases we see 70-80% control of couch grass and this along with a combination of other techniques ensures we continue to manage the weed burden across the farm and increase productivity.
