This HIIT Workout at Home uses 10 effective HIIT Exercises for fat loss. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. This brutal HIIT Workout consists of two different sets of 5 minutes that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 5-minute workout. After each 5 minutes you will get a short water break.
