Flatten the dough into small disc about 4 inches (10 cm)in diameter.
Add 1/2 tsp olive oil and add about 1 tbsp za’atar topping-
Bake in 390 degrees F (200 C) heated-oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until the dough is slightly browned on bottom.
