In South American culture, one wandering soul is said to exist. One that wanders the grasslands of Northwestern South America. The being is said to emit a strange, eerie whistle and if you hear it, it’s probably too late, you’ll be dead soon. This entity has become to be known as El Silbón, or " The Whistler".
