In 1942, Ralph Lazo was one of over 10,000 men and women living in California's Manzanar concentration camp. Also known as, Japanese internment camps. But Ralph Lazo was not Asian, he was a Mexican American teenager who was against forced incarcerations and to prove it, he made a decision that at the time was unimaginable.
