on my windows 8 laptop the tablet doesnt work.works fine on all the windows 7 desktops ive tried it on when its plugged in it appears to work fine until you try and use it in a program that has pressure sensitivity capabilities like phtoshop. in those programs the cursor appear offset by a couple of inches from pen. in one program --clip studio paint-- its only in the canvas area of said program , in others --paint tool SAI-- its in the whole program.

1-To enable this feature:
2-Right-click on the program's icon -- properties.
3-Go to the Compatibility tab.
4-Check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" and click on Apply.

If the DPI fix doesn't work for you. Open Sai's folder -- Find misc.ini -- Open it in notepad and change this line
TabletMouseSimulation = 1
to
TabletMouseSimulation = 0
Save and close misc.ini and restart Sai. Does not work unless you save and close misc.ini and restart sai!

1. Launch "Tablet Preference File Utility" in your Start Menu.
(Ex: [Start] -[Programs] - [Wacom Tablet] - [Tablet Preference File Utility])
2. Push [Remove All Preference Files] button on [Tablet Preference File Utility] dialog.

had the same isue with cintiq 27 in Mari, solution is to disable screen scaling mine was set to 125% its a windows 10 feature
1. open control panel,
2. go to hardware and sound,
3. then dislay,
4. choose the scaling for your cintiq to be 100%
5. apply
6. just relog or restart

has the same problem at Windows 7. And all this didn't work for me too. How I fixed this: 1. Install the last version of SAI (2.0) 2. Change settings: Help -- Options -- Pen tablet -- Choose option "Use Windows API (for Windows Vista or later)". Profit!
