Khamak from India: This is a surprising instrument. It looks like a drum but it is actually a string instrument. With one hand you play the string, with the other you change the tension of the string to play different tones.
Whenever I travel to a new country, I search for a musical instrument to add to my vast collection. I found this instrument in India.
