Ingredients used:

1 kilo pork spare ribs
2 tbsp fermented black beans chopped
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp minced ginger
slices of red chilies
chopped spring onions

flavours:

1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
2 tbsp corn starch for rinsing pork
4 tbsp corn starch for marinade
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp msg (Optional)
