Summary:
➤ Go through all of your images, select and number them
➤ Bring them into PSD and mask around them, saving each 2 as a PSD file
➤ After masking, scale the second image up and turn that into its own layer
➤ Import into AE as composition, create a master with full HD/4K dimensions
➤ Add keyframes for position and scale up to the first layer (works best with first set as Bezier and second as linear)
➤ Match the second layer to where it should be positioned on the first one (as in PSD) and parent the 2nd to the 1st, then scale up 1st and position it as well.
➤ Repeat until done

Useful Shortcuts:
➤ CTRL + ↓ - Select layer below
➤ CTRL + ↑ - Select layer above
➤ U – show/hide keyframes
➤ K/J – move in between keyframes
➤ [ - move beginning of the layer to current time indicator
➤ ] – move end of the layer to CTI
➤ Alt + [ - trim everything left of CTI
➤ Alt + ] – trim everything right of the CTI
➤ S – scale
➤ P – Position
➤ Shift + S – if another parameter is shown, it adds scale to it as well
➤ Shift + P – if another parameter is shown, it adds position to it as well
