Note: The Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission does not let anyone in unless they have a Saudi resident number or they are an agent. Also, the embassy in Washington and the consulate in New York, at least now due to Covid, no one can enter unless they are a Saudi agent. Just keep that in mind.
