Groove Session’s PHILOSOPHY is rooted in the origins of breaking which was born in the Bronx during the seventies in difficult conditions. CREATIVITY and ORIGINALITY were used as ways to cope and sublimate a very rough everyday life. At Groove Session, we do our utmost to carry on the values of these first bgirls and bboys by applying creativity and originality to everything we do.
As Ken Swift so accurately said in his comments at the end of the second edition of GROOVE E SESSION: “I can’t travel, we all cannot travel but this brings us back to re-inspire, re-fresh our minds and to stay with art in our brains. We have to keep flowing, we can’t let it go.”
