Governor Greg Gianforte of Montana delivered the keynote on the “Montana Miracle”—the successful passage of light-touch density and other market-oriented, supply-stimulating policies during 2023’s legislative session. He took questions from the audience on how the legislature and his housing task force were able to quickly research potential housing solutions for Montana and pass a suite of housing reform legislation.
