Sushi Kondo is a sushi restaurant located in Higashi Azabu, Tokyo.
After working at the Michelin-starred "Kinobue" in Kyoto for about five years, General Kondo returned to his hometown of Tokyo and studied at "Sushi Yū" in Roppongi for about one year, where he even took charge of the private dining room.
After that, he helped set up a sushi restaurant in Mie Prefecture and a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo, and will open his own restaurant on January 16, 2024.
