1st block: Strength block: 45 second strength with a 15 second break
2nd block: 4 min. LOADED - UNLOADED EMOM
3rd block: 10x2 move cardio kickboxing tabata (20 seconds on: 10 seconds off)
4th block: Strength block: 45 second strength with a 15 second break
5th block:4 min. LOADED - UNLOADED EMOM
Mark and I will both have 1-25lb. and a mat for this ride!
