Today we are going to juice for health benefits with the nama j2 juice. Go ahead pull out your juicer and let’s go ahead and get the juicing. I was able to juice 10 2 oz 24kt gold wellness juice shots with this recipe
Recipe
3 thumb sizes of tumeric
3 thumb sizes of ginger
2 peeled lemons
1 strip of jalapeño
3 cloves of garlic
11 raddish
1/2 pineapple
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Fully raw Kristina is the original creator of this juice recipe but I tweak it a little bit for my liking.
Are you tired of getting sick, it is that time of year and we are so over it. I had a lingering cough and sore throat and after a few days of drinking this, it cleared right up.
I keep these in the fridge. In a 2 oz containers, i like to batch juice these and keep them in rotation during the cold and flu season.

The nama j2 juicer is the juicer you need, I personally started with my bella centrifugal juicer. I did not know if i would like juicing so I didnt want to make the big investment into the cold press slow masticating juicer until I knew i would make it apart of my daily habit.
After doing much research the Nama J2 is the juicer for me.
This juice recipe is a ginger garlic tumeric and more juice recipe.
Juicing is really great. You will be able to get more servings of vegetables and fruit.
I like to listen to a nice mellow beat while I am juicing and while I am drinking my juice. When I use my nama juicer I feel like I am treating myself to abundance!
