Hey! In this podcast episode, I talk about using the marble mentality in replacement of traditional habit advice. Correction: Research suggests that the personality type that find rigid habits easier are people who tend to be innately disciplined and have high self-control. I said that they were people who thrived on routine and structure - which was incorrect - usually those people are one and the same, but I felt that this was worth mentioning for accuracy.
