This is one of my favorite high protein foods, the Quest Loaded Taco Protein Chips. 140 calories, 19g of protein, 5 carbohydrates, and 5 fat, for this flavor you cannot beat those macronutrients. Quest did an impeccable job with these protein chips.

The strong flavor and great texture make these chips amazing. I prefer the Quest Protein Chips over regular potato chips.. and I'm from a place where potato chips are produced! Quest does chips justice.
