In this video I talk about the difference between two vegan weight loss experiments: one of low protein, getting 45-60 grams of protein per day, and the other much higher in protein, getting 170-180 grams of protein per day. The results in terms of body composition, ease of weight loss, and retention of strength and athletic performance couldn't be more different.
