Thousands of starlings flying together in beautiful shifting patterns in what's known as a murmuration. The birds fly like this just before they land in their roost. In this case it's a pond with reed beds, which is relatively safe against predators. The formation flying is probably also confusing to predators such as sparrowhawks.
I didn't play the music (Debussy's Clair de Lune), but I arranged the synths and effects in Ableton Live to modify and play a midi file so it sounded like I wanted.
