Vijñāna-Bhairava-Tantra is a very profound spiritual text based on a conversation between Shiva and Parvati. Shiva is Bhairava and Parvati is Bhairavi. The teachings are in the form of one-hundred and twelve techniques taught, by Bhairava to Bhairavi. Bhairava is the supreme consciousness, and Bhairavi, is the spiritual seeker. Bhairavi takes the role of a spiritual seeker to guide us. The goal of a spiritual seeker is Brahma jnana.
In the series of conversations, I attempt to inquire into the nature of each sutra of Vijñāna-Bhairava-Tantra. This is Jñāna Tantra. This is a teaching based on Guru Sishya samvaada. This is Ishvara Jñānam. The prapancha is not separate from Ishvara. The observer is Īśvara , the observed is Īśvara , the observing instrument is Īśvara . This is advaita Jñānam. I seek Ishvara's and my Guru's grace for those listening to be immensely benefited.
