We made a purchase from one of our favorite stores – REI and want to show you the cart and checkout experience.
Here are some key elements we really like and think everybody who has physical locations and wants to offer curbside store pickup should consider:
⭐allow the customer to edit their cart by changing the delivery method for each individual product as preferred: 'Ship to address' or 'Pick up at store'
⭐present all available inventory from a specific location, depending on customer's choice
⭐create a 'Thank you page' keeping in mind the customer's selection for 'Ship to address' or 'Pick up at store' option.
