My name is PKS, I began this channel during my training for the Manchester Marathon in April 2023, which I successfully completed sub-3 hour - a personal triumph that I'm eager to share with you.

As I gear up for the Lisbon Marathon on 8th October 2023 and target a sub-2:55 finish in my spring marathon in 2024, I invite you to join me on this exciting adventure.
Running has not only been my physical journey but a mental one too. I've grappled with depression and anxiety, and found solace in the rhythm of my strides. I regularly share personal stories of my struggles and how running has been instrumental in keeping those dark days at bay.
