How much to start with
I would recommend at least 500 but you can honestly start with 200, try getting a job or doing chores around the house to get an allowance.

Build relations with workers and download their apps to find out if they are doing raffles or fcfs and you might win and the employees might help u out and give you information on next drop or even might let you know if they have any leftover pairs
Local Marketplaces and make lots of connections with locals

Having connections is one of the most important things to be successful in reselling, if you show love to others, many more will reciprocate the same energy towards you.
What to Buy
Look for whats hot right now, so jordan 1’s jordan 3’s, jordan 4’s, look at whats moving in your local areas to get an idea of what people are buying
How to buy
Try to look for good deals where you can compare the prices of sneaker apps (stockx, GOAT) and know its a good deal or negotiate it to be a good deal.
Always be respectful and dont be mad if they don't want your offer.
How to sell
Make sure you take good pictures, post on local marketplaces and local fb groups and your sneaker ig.
Always be willing to negotiate make connections with your locals
