Hi guys let me know if you try my salmon and spinach quiche.
Ingredients:
Roll out ready made puff pastry (you can also use shortbread pastry)
Olive Oil - Wipe oven dish
Olive oil - 2 x Tbsp
3 x Eggs beaten
200g Smoked Salmon Slices 1 Pack - (normal salmon can also be used)
Handful of Spinach - chopped
1 Medium Onion - chopped
1 cup of Double Cream
Small block of Cheddar Cheese
Handful of shaving - Parmigiano Reggiano to top of.
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Fish Seasoning
Cook in the oven on a 230 gas mark for about 30/45 mins, until golden brown and the middle had risen, do not open the open until its risen, you'll know its cooked once you poke it with a folk and it comes out clean.
You can eat this hot or cooled down,
