Microsoft has split and released two separate Windows 11 builds to Windows Insiders in the Beta channel again this week, with update KB5015890.
Build 22622.440 = New features rolling out.
Build 22621.440 = New features off by default.
Build 22622.440 includes, a new Taskbar Overflow menu.
