From the collaboration between Pavoni Italia and Paolo Griffa comes Gourmand: a line of silicone moulds that can be used for your main courses, hot or cold, appetizers and desserts.
An idea that was developed in close collaboration with the winner of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Award 2015, now Chef at the ‘Grand Hotel Royal e Golf’ in Courmayeur.
