Electric spear spawn probabilities (found them in the code, don't know if i'm correct) :
*Outside the Scavenger Treasuries :*
- Spearmaster : 8.2% chance to replace normal spears
- Artificer : 6.5% chance to replace normal spears
- Hunter : 1.1% chance to replace normal spears
- Gourmand : 0.8% chance to replace normal spears
- Others (Survivor, Monk, Rivulet, Saint) : 0% chance to replace normal spears
Electric spears should always be charged if spawned outside the treasuries
*In Scavenger Treasuries :*
- Spearmaster/Artificer : 50% chance to replace spears, 75% chance to be charged
- Hunter/Gourmand : 5% chance to replace spears, 25% chance to be charged
- Survivor/Monk : 2% chance to replace spears, 1% chance to be charged
- Rivulet/Saint : 0% chance to replace spears, 0% chance to be charged
- In Metropolis : 75% chance to replace spears, 100% chance to be charged
