Joining a real estate team PROS and CONS - You may be asking yourself what's the difference between being on a REAL ESTATE TEAM VS SOLO?

If you are a new real estate agent or a seasoned one, or even if you are thinking of leaving a real estate team, this pros and cons will help sort out what is right for YOU! What might be right for me, or another agent, may not be what's right for you. I encourage you to take a look at what your strengths and weaknesses are and assess it based on that. There are plenty of benefits to being on a team - drawbacks too.
You'll see a lot of opinions on real estate team vs individual agents, and they are simply apples and oranges, and once you decide if you are an apple or an orange, the decision becomes easier.

PLEASE make sure you are on a legit team if you go the team route, headed by someone who is growing a team properly and doesn't just have commission breathe. There are plenty of amazing real estate teams out there.
