If you were sleeping on this houseboat and it was dark, you wouldn't escape the turbulent water even if you were an Olympic swimmer. It took less than 1 minute. Only the roof and walls floated. The loud snap is because the hull separated from the superstructure and sank, snapping dock lines like twine. Recorded June 15, 2005 at approximately 4pm local.
