2.5ish lbs whole aged-kimchi, 2ish lbs baby back ribs (or any pork meat), 1/2 onion, handful of green onions, 2 chili pepper, 3 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp soup soy sauce, 1 Tbsp deonjang, 1 Tbsp garlic, 2 Tbsp of gochugaru (korean chili powder), water to cover
