🔎 Throughout the whole process, the quality control team performs many analyses for microbial purity, good viability and good vitality of our bacteria cultures. Therefore, the complete production process for a wine bacteria can take more than two months.
Our specific MBR™ production process guarantees the robustness and reliability of our wine bacteria for direct inoculation. It requires strong expertise and special attention to ensure the best physiological state of our freeze-dried wine bacteria
and consequently, their strong resistance to wine conditions and their high malolactic efficiency.
