This week we’re showing you guys the BEST things to do in Eau Claire, WI! Famous for their massive sculpture tour and hotcakes from a local café, this town is a can’t miss on a Wisconsin road trip! On top of that it’s a great place to find some local eats and amazing scenery at Phoenix park, which sits right at the confluence of the two rivers that the town was founded on. That’s not all though, Hank Aaron actually got his professional baseball start in Eau Claire and only succeeded from there!
