This scene is from the episode ‘Sweet Seymour Skinner's Baadasssss Song' of The Simpsons' fifth season, where Principal Skinner is fired as a result of Bart's pranks and Flanders is hired as his replacement. In this scene, Skinner fervently explains the subject of his new novel 'Billy and the Cloneasaurus', set in a futuristic amusement park, where dinosaurs are brought to life with advanced cloning techniques. Apu is less than pleased.
