Millet bread is an excellent alternative to regular white bread and also a great way to include millets in your daily diet.
In this recipe, I have used foxtail millet flour, and this flour was homemade. This foxtail millet sourdough bread is gluten-free, yeast-free, baking soda-free, and easy to bake.
Ingredients:
90 grams active sourdough starter
200 ml filtered water
2 tbsp psyllium husk
110 grams of foxtail millet flour
30 grams of rice flour
1.5 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp salt
1 spoonful of olive oil
