The first step in recovering from a food addiction is to admit there's a problem. I'm finally ready to fully embrace and confess that, and I need to do this on camera to document it, hold myself accountable to my community, and deconstruct what has been on my mind.

I've been in denial about my food addiction, even while actively working on my health and weight loss. Well, I'm done tiptoeing around this issue and ready to come clean. This video isn't just about what I eat; it's about what's eating me: ultra-processed foods.
