One of my favorite grounding visualizations is to imagine tree roots connected to me, then extending from me into the earth. Because I'm so often up in the clouds, having a tangible visualization that holds me to the earth keeps me from getting too spacey. Throughout this class, use that visualization if you need an extra boost of grounding energy.
